Matt's Tech Help changes name to Friendly Tech
A curious thing started happening in 2018. I started advertising free workshops for Generation Exchange by posting fliers around town. My cell phone number was on each flier so that people could call to sign up. Almost every day, I would get a call from someone asking if they could pay me to help them with their tech. When making an LLC, I settled on the name "Matt's Tech Help." At the time Matt's Tech Help was very descriptive name for the service I provide. However it's no longer just me anymore. So as of January 1st 2024 we decided to change the name to Friendly Tech, and launch friendlytech.help, our new website.
Why Friendly Tech?
Most tech support today is neither helpful nor friendly. We are here to change that. Our business values reflect what we expect from a good friend:
